Rick Blue has been an ACI-LA student for several years, studying with Venerable Brian K. Smith. He has completed the entire ACI curriculum and has gone on to the advanced teachings. He has also had teachings with Geshe Michael Roach,and Geshe Tsultim Gyeltsen, as well as attending various teachings given by his Holiness the Dalai Lama.

Camilo Cerro has a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University in NYC and has been studying Buddhism for thirteen years under Arya Sumati Dharmadhara (Geshe Michael Roach), Kensur Lobsang Tarching Rimpoche, Geshe Tupten Rinchen, and other teachers.

Lindsay Crouse completed the Asian Classics Institute teacher-training program in 2004. She is currently continuing advanced Buddhist studies under Venerable Sumati Marut in Los Angeles and Geshe Michael Roach at Diamond Mountain in Arizona. She has taken teachings from His Holiness the Dalai Lama in the United States and India.

Lindsay also teaches on the East Coast, and runs a summer teaching retreat in Massachusetts. She is an Academy Award nominated actress committed to changing the violent focus of the American film industry. She currently teaches acting classes in Los Angeles that incorporate the dharma.

Cindy Lee began studying Tibetan Buddhism in 1997, and now sits at the feet of her Heart Lama, Venerable Sumati Marut. With Lama Marut, Cindy has studied the foundational and advanced courses of the Asian Classics Institute, the yoga philosophy curriculum of the Yoga Studies Institute, and numerous other in-depth courses and retreats. Having trained as well in yoga, dance and martial arts, Cindy teaches Buddhism in the USA and abroad. Holding a Bachelor of Arts and also an Advanced Diploma in Electronic Design and Interactive Media, Cindy has taught in university film and media programs, worked internationally as a digital artist, film editor and VJ (video-jockey), and now utilizes these digital media to share the teachings of her Lama.

Shadi Mogadime has been a spiritual seeker since her teens and studied many traditions. She finally found her path 10 years ago in Buddhism and met her teachers Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally and her heart teacher Venerable Sumati Marut in 2006. She is a certified Master Coach with clients in Canada, USA and Europe. She is also the publisher of Awakening Journal (the ezine about retreat) and Lama Marut's tour manager and assistant.
