Meditation
All are welcome. All meditation classes are open to all levels. No registration required. Suggested donation is $10 per class.
•Guided Meditation and Discussion, with Larry Wolf. Tuesdays, 7:30 to 9:30 PM
   Develop the skills for single pointed concentration, and get support where you are stuck.
•Silent Meditation and Discussion, with Jesse Fallon. Fridays, 7:15-9:45 AM
   7:15 - 8:00 AM: Silent Meditation Session 1
   8:00 - 8:15 AM: Break
   8:15 - 9:00 AM: Discussion/Q&A Session
   9:00 - 9:45 AM: Silent Meditation Session 2
   Everyone is welcome. Free, by donation. Come for any or all sessions.
• Seeking the Deepest Stillness, with Karen Aase and Judith Ring. Fridays, 5:30 to 6:30 PM
   Focusing on achieving clarity of mind during meditation sittings by working with shorter meditations.

Open Level Vinyasa Class
•Mondays 5:30-6:30 PM, taught by Jill Demeri
Open to all levels, no registration required. Suggested donation is $10 per class.

Happiness Hour
at the Vajramudra Center. Sunday mornings, 10:30am - 12:00pm followed by refreshments.
An ongoing and ever-changing Buddhist Sunday Service suitable to all ages and faiths meant
to infuse Sacrality, Compassion, Wisdom, and Fun into your daily life. A time for individuals
and families to joyously come together and celebrate ... exploring the Dharma through sacred
movement, music, teaching and refreshments.
